Joshua M. Pisa is the Director of Wealth Management at Walters Strategic Advisors, LLC. As a member of the firm’s Wealth Management team, Josh’s responsibilities involve comprehensive wealth management, tax consulting, planning, and compliance services. He has over 15 years of industry knowledge specializing in solving the unique issues his clients encounter. Josh has experience in wealth management and individual taxation, trusts and estates, family partnerships, and other privately held businesses.

Josh serves a wide variety of clients including high net worth individuals, businesses, entrepreneurial families, athletes, professional sports organizations, health care providers, and real estate entities. These services often comprise taking a holistic approach to wealth planning that encumbers such things as income taxes, wealth and transfer planning, charitable giving, business transactions, and investment management.
Financial Advisory Experience
Prior to joining Walters and Associates CPAs, Josh served as a Tax Director and Wealth Manager for a National Registered Investment Advisory firm that managed in excess of $1 Billion AUM, and was a top- ranked firm in the country by Forbes and Barron’s. In addition, Josh spent over 7 years at EY, LLP in Tampa, FL, most recently serving as a Tax Manager in the firms Private Client Services (PCS) group.
Financial Qualifications
Josh is a registered CPA in the state of Florida and a member of the AICPA. Additionally, he is an Enrolled Agent as awarded by the Internal Revenue Service, and currently holds a Series 65 Investment Advisor Representative license. Josh earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Tampa and completed his Accounting and Tax coursework at the University of South Florida.
